The Customer code comprises 4 characters, this field accepts 0 through 9 and
B through F (hexadecimal). Note that CONTACT ID makes no distinction between
0
and
A
,
therefore, both will generate the same communication.
A
will not be
transmitted by Pulse protocols (use for protocol 4/1).
The
Test
event will be sent at regular intervals (refer to
Interval
and
1st Call
in
), and will generate the digital calls programmed in the
Channels
page.
Program the time (in hours) that must pass between each Test event.
Program the time (in hours and minutes) that must pass before transmitting the
first Test event.
If this option is enabled, the GTCOM will send
all
the programmed voice calls for
the specific event. If this option is disabled, it will stop after the first successful
call (see Figure 3).
If this option is enabled, the GTCOM will wait for the dialling tone before dialling
the telephone number, if the dialling tone is not detected it will hang up and try
again. If this option is Disabled (box ticked), it will dial the number immediately.
This option is useful when the GTCOM is connected downstream to a
switchboard.
The GTCOM is programmed to dial in DTMF (at default), as it is faster that Pulse
dialling. If the PSTN line is unable to support DTMF, the
Pulse Dialling
option
must be enabled.
