8 .TROUBLESHOOTING
By means pressure readings:
1.Over charged with refrigerant.
1.Undercharged with refrigerant.
1.Outdoor fan blocked(cooling).
1.Air intake temperature of indoor unit too high.
2.Outdoor coil dirty (cooling).
3.Non-condensable gases in refrigerant circuit (e.g.air.).
2.Refrigerant leakage.
3.Air filter clogged/dirty (indoor unit).
4.Indoor fan locked (cooling).
5.Water temperature too cold.
1.Poor compression /no compression (compressor defective).
2.Non-condensable gases in refrigerant circult (e.g.oil)
3.Obstructed air-intake/discharge.
4.Short circuiting of hot air at condensing unit.

Failure”is caused by electrical defect while”Insufficient Cooling/Heating” is caused by improper
application or defects in refrigerant circuit.
