S-Video cable
There is no need to connect to both the composite video and S-Video
jacks on the same video device, just connect one of them. For better image
quality, S-Video jacks is recommended.
Connect to a Component Video input
1. Connect the component video output jacks on your output
equipment to the Y, Pb and Pr jacks on your TV using a
component video cable (not provided). Ensure that the colors
of the plugs and jacks match.
2. Connect the audio output jack on the output equipment to the
YPbPr AUDIO L/R input jacks using a suitable audio cable (or
a composite video cable. In this case. The yellow plug will not
be used).
Press the ENTER button on TV or
on the remote control to
select “YPBPR” as your input source to watch component video

Connect to a S-Video input
1. Connect the S-Video output jack on your output equipment
to the S-VIDEO jack on your TV using an S-Video cable

inserting so to keep the pins from bending.
2. Connect the S-Video audio output jack of the output
equipment to the AV/SV AUDIO L/R input jacks using a
