Video Shift:
You can press the
OK
button and then press the
Left

Right
button to adjust the
position of the picture on your TV left or right to suit your TV.
YUV Output:
You can set the format of video output from the component video terminal of the DVD
Recorder according to the acceptable video format of your TV.
1 Select the ’
YUV Output
’ item from the ’SETUP’ menu, and then press the
OK
button.
2 Press the
Up
or
Down
button to select ’
Interlaced
’ and ’
Progressive
’.
3 Press the
OK
button to confirm.
Video Output:
You can set the format of video output from the SCART TO TV I/O terminal of the DVD
Recorder according to the acceptable video format of your TV.
1 Select the ’

’ item from the ’SETUP’ menu, and then press the
OK
button.
2 Press the

Down
button to select from the following options:

CVBS+RGB
’:The SCART TO TV I/O terminal outputs video signal in Composite Video and RGB
formats, and audio in left and right channels.

YC+YUV
’: The SCART TO TV I/O terminal outputs video signal in S-Video and Component Video
formats, and audio in left and right channels.
’
CVBS+YUV
’:The SCART TO TV I/O terminal outputs video signal in Component Video and RGB
formats, and audio in left and right channels.
Sound Setup
If digital audio equipment is connected to the digital output terminal on the rear panel of the
DVD Recorder, you can select the appropriate setting in this menu:
Digital Output:
Set the DVD Record to enable or disable the digital output function.
1 Select the ’
Digital Output
’ item from the ’SETUP’ menu, and then press the
OK
button.
2 Press the
Up
or
Down
button to select from the following options:

Off
’:
Digital output switched off.
’
PCM Only
’: For receivers/amplifiers without digital multi-channel sound decoders.

All
’:
For receivers/amplifiers with digital multi-channel sound decoders.
3 Press the
OK
button to confirm.
Analog Output:
Set the analog audio output type of the DVD Recorder.
1 Select the ’
Analog Output
’ item from the ’SETUP’ menu, and then press the
OK
button.
2 Press the
Up
or
Down
button to select from the following options:

Stereo
’: Use this setting only when the DVD Recorder is connected to a stereo set.
