In the type with full side and vertical adjustment you have to release the blocking lever Ref. “H” PICT. 7.
•
lock lever in the handlebar position as you prefer.
•
The spur can be adjusted in height unscrewing the screw Ref. “I” PICT. 8, and positioning it in the desired point, then the screw can be re-
tightened.
It is possible to overturn the spur to increase friction with the ground.
1. ADJUSTMENT FOR HARD GROUND: unloose the screw “I” and lift the spur in order to move the weight of the motor hoe backward.
2. ADJUSTMENT FOR SOFT GROUND: unloose the screw “I” and lower the spur in order to move the motor hoe weight on the hoeing devices
axis.
•
The standard tiller is 80 cm wide, with three sets of knives on each side, and the side protection plates.
•
Adding other two sets of blades you can extend the tiller to 110, adding a cutters blade for each side and replacing the longer pin.
The blades of the tiller-knives should always be directed ahead, towards the front of the machine.
We recommend to use the tiller with the side plates because they improve the stability of the machine and they protect from plants and any other
obstacle.
•
Periodically check at least once per season bolts and nuts fastening, especially those of cutters.
•
Always use gloves when working with the cutters.
•
For mechanical interventions, especially during warranty period, it is advisable to contact repair shops authorised by our agents.
ANY OPTIONAL ACCESSORY THE MACHINE:
1. Pair of ratchet hubs with pair of rubber wheels (to fit instead of the cutters)
2. Pair of narrow shifting wheels (fixed on cutter discs)
3. Pair of driving hubs fixed with rubber wheels (replaced at the cutter)
4. Water pump directly fitted on the power takeoff, that can be applied removing the cover Ref. “L” PICT. 9.
5. Fit an adjustable ridger delivered complete with its own support which should be fitted on the rear side of the machine,
replacing the standard spur.
6. Pair of iron wheels.
7. One-furrow plough with relative devices supporting structure.
8. Two-way plough.
9. Pair of mowing rollers (replaced at the cutter).

MAINTENANCE
•
For the first 50 running hours do not use the machine for hard works and follow the instructions supplied in the following paragraphs.
•
For the normal maintenance (oil, filter, spark plug) check the booklet for the engine included.
•
All transmission elements are oil-bath type. Periodically check oil level through the screw Ref. “M” PICT. 9 and if necessary top up using the
breather cap Ref. “P” PICT. 11.
•
When replacing transmission oil, empty through lower oil drain cap Ref. “T” PICT. 10 (unscrew also oil inlet cap), re-tighten using setscrew
wrench (wrench 22) and add the necessary oil till reaching the right level through the hole of breather cap Ref. “P” PICT. 11.
•
Oil must be replaced every 300 running hours. Oil level must be checked with cold Engine and motor hoe on a flat surface.
•
Always use SAE 30 oil.
OIL BATH AIR FILTER
•
Check oil level and if necessary, top up with the same oil used for the Engine. Clean the filtering mass as indicated in the Use and Maintenance
Manual of the Engine.
•
In those motors using a dry filter it is sufficient to clean, blowing air on the filtering mass.
NOTE : Air filter cleaning frequency depends upon the environmental conditions in which the machine is used ; it is however advisable not to
exceed 8 running hours.
•
For use on sandy grounds or grounds without stones, it is necessary to fit the two cutters so that the hoeing devices with opposed ends are on
the same axis (detail A). PICT.17.
•
For use on grounds with stones it is necessary to fit the two cutters so that the hoeing devices with opposed ends are staggered between them
(detail B) PICT.17.
•
In models BL 105LE,BL 105KD, BL 105KE and BL 105 LD, as weight is considerable, in order to balance the machine when at rest, a receding
support stand, connected to the bumper is provided (Fig. 12 Ref. “Q”).
