CHARGING THE BATTERY

Solely use the charger supplied with the Ben E-Bike. The charging port is located under the rubber cover on

the top of the battery:

Carefully open the cover and insert the plug of the charger. Then connect the charger to an AC power outlet.

Solely charge the battery in dry conditions and at ambient temperatures of 0 ° C to 40 ° C. When charging,

make sure that the battery is not exposed to direct sunlight and that there are no combustible materials in

the vicinity. In addition, the battery should not be charged unattended for a long time. During charging, it is

normal that the battery heats up slightly - but if you realize that the battery gets so hot that you can hardly

touch it, stop the charging process immediately and contact a specialist dealer for assistance.

Using a charger other than the one supplied with the BEN-E-BIKE can not only destroy the battery, but also

set it on fire!
