Assembly – Fitting The Winchester “Wings”
For Winchester electric models only
Before inserting the ‘Flame Effect Unit’ into the ‘Cast iron
stove body’, it is necessary to fit the two wings supplied.
This will allow the flame effect unit to sit at the correct height
within the cast iron stove body.
Step 1 - Remove the flame effect unit from its packaging.
Step 2 - Carefully lay it on its face, on a surface that will not scratch it.
Step 3 - Remove the four screws (two each side) indicated in the photo above.
Step 4 - Screw the wings into position, using the screws you have just removed.
Look at the photo below to see the finished position of the fitted wings.
