7.4 Switching on and the process of
seaming
7.4.1 Safety instructions when
seaming
WARNING!
The machine runs automatically
after switching on
.
Do not walk
nearby the sheets and never
place them on the machine.
Make sure that the work area is
free of tripping hazards.
CAUTION!
Always grab the seaming ma-
chine on two handles. If both
hands hold the machine, they
cannot get between the folding
rollers.
WARNING!
Never move the switched on
machine to the standing seam to
be seamed.
WARNING!
When working, always remove
the power cord and extension
cord from the back of the unit.
WARNING!
Make sure that the machine is
secured with the securing cable.
7.4.2 Seaming performance
Set the speed using the setting wheel
(
A
) on the smallest stage
(180 U/min,
– the drive axle). The
speed can be adjusted up to max. 700
rpm.
