Headrest Lever
Headrest Cover
Single Articulating Headrest (Optional)
1 Height Adjustment
Hold the headrest bar with both hands and adjust headrest
height by pulling out or pressing down on the headrest bar.
2 Angle Adjustment
Push the headrest to forward as required.
Lift up the headrest lever to unlock position and adjust
headrest angle to backward. Headrest angle is locked when
the headrest lever is released.
