Troubleshooting
Note: When you contact your dealer, make sure you have photos available of
the blue stickers on the Wi-Fi Box and the receiver. Also, if applicable and
possible, make screen shots of the error code that shows in the Bellfires Gas
app or make a screen shot of the page when the problem occurred.

Error in the Wi-Fi Box

Press the reset button on
the Wi-Fi Box for 20 sec-
onds (refer to chapter
3.2.1

stop and start the Bellfires
Gas app and try to con-
nect the Wi-Fi Box again.
Contact your dealer if the prob-
lem stays.
The Wi-Fi Box is not compati-
ble
Installation of the incorrect app. Download and install the 'Bell-
fires Gas app'.
The Wi-Fi Box can not connect
to the home network.
The Wi-Fi router settings do not
obey the requirements given in
chapter
4.1

Make sure the Wi-Fi router set-
tings obey the requirements
given in chapter

The Wi-Fi router changes auto-
matically between the 2.4 GHz
band and 5 GHz band or the
Wi-Fi-router is set on the 5 GHz
band.
