Adjust the Hopper Guides to fit the note size.

Banknotes are double fed or overlapping.
Recount the banknotes. If the problem
continues, adjust the Feeding Gap
Adjustment Screw counter-clockwise in
small steps.

Counting error.
Remove the banknotes from the Stacker and
Reject Pocket and recount.

A damaged (half) banknote has been
detected.
Remove the damaged banknote from the
machine.
