BASKET ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
To attach the handle to the fry basket, hold
handle inside fry basket as shown. Gently
squeeze the arms of the handle so they fit
into the eyelets on the fry basket.
See Figure 2.
2.
Unfold the handle toward the back of the fry
basket. Push handle against back of the fry
basket until it locks into place. See Figure 3.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Pour a maximum of 40.5 oz (1.2 litres)
of cool oil into the frying pot, and close
the lid on the frying pot.
2.
Connect the magnetic power cord
to the socket of the appliance, then plug the cord into the power outlet.
3.
Adjust the temperature knob from OFF position to the desired temperature.
The indicator light will turn on. Then the appliance will start heating up the oil.
4.
When the oil is heated to the desired temperature, the indicator light will turn off.
Open the lid carefully, place the basket with food into the oil gently.
5.
Fry the food for a suitable amount of time (see cooking guide).
6.
When the food is cooked, open the lid carefully and let the steam evaporate for a few
seconds. Lift the frying basket out from the oil, and strain the oil from food for about
10-30 seconds by placing the clip of the basket on the edge of the frying pot.
7.
Take out the frying basket and pour the food out for serving.
8.
Turn the temperature knob to the OFF position. Unplug the power cord from
the power supply.
