BLONDIES CAKE POPS
OR DONUT HOLES
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Preheat Cake Pop & Donut Hole Maker.
2. Place flour, baking powder, baking soda,
and salt in a medium bowl. Sift together.
3. Add chopped nuts and chips. Mix dry ingredients well and set aside.
4. Melt butter. Add 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar and mix well.
Allow to cool slightly.
5. Beat egg in small bowl and add to wet ingredients.
Add vanilla and mix until well blended.
6. Add dry ingredients slowly to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
Batter will be thick.
IMPORTANT: Apply a generous coating of oil to both the upper
and lower cooking plates before adding batter.
7. Bake cake pops/donut holes following the instructions outlined
in General Cake Pop/Donut Hole Baking Procedures
in this instruction manual.
