E-Z SCRATCH CHOCOLATE
CAKE POPS OR DONUT HOLES
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1. Preheat Cake Pop & Donut Hole Maker.
2. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer,
cream together the butter and brown sugar.
3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cream of tartar
and cocoa powder; stir into the egg mixture until well blended.
5. Bake cake pops/donut holes following the instructions outlined
in General Cake Pop/Donut Hole Baking Procedures
in this instruction manual.
6. Cool thoroughly before adding sticks for pops or decorating.
