Stap 1: Pak de doos uit.
Stap 2: Bevestig de rekmontagebeugels en monteer de switch in het rek.
Stap 3: Beslis nu of de kvm-switch wordt gebruikt als vrijstaande configuratie of als
onderdeel van een in serie geschakelde configuratie (daisychain). Als het appa-
raat bestemd is voor een in serie geschakelde configuratie, ga dan verder bij
stap 1 van ‘Daisychainconfiguratie’. Zo niet, ga dan door naar stap 4.
Stap 4: Sluit de IEC-netvoedingskabel aan op de netvoedingsingang achter op de kvm-
switch.
Stap 5: Breng met behulp van een RJ45 Cat5- of Cat6-kabel de verbinding tot stand
met een vrije poort op de kvm-switch.
