Rotating the Plug
STEP 1:
Press and hold the plug rotation button on the back of the plug-in heater.
STEP 2:
For a horizontal heater position, rotate the plug 90 ° clockwise whilst holding
the plug rotation button.
STEP 3:
For a vertical heater position, rotate the plug 90 ° counterclockwise whilst
holding the plug rotation button.

Cause
Solution
The plug-in heater is not
operating. The fan is not
running.
The plug-in heater is not
plugged in and switched
on at the mains power
supply.
The thermal cut-out device
has activated.
The fuse has blown out.
Check that the plug-in
heater is plugged in and
switched on at the mains
power supply.
Unplug the plug-in heater
from the mains power
supply and allow it to cool
for approx. 15 minutes.
Plug in and switch on the
plug-in heater at the mains
power supply before trying
again.
Unplug the plug-in heater
from the mains power
supply and replace the
fuse with one that is the
same amp rating.
No heat is being emitted
from the plug-in heater.
There may be a problem
with the power supply to
the plug-in heater.
Check the mains power
supply by plugging in a
working appliance.
