Panel Layouts
The functionality of the main control panel buttons are similar for both LCD and LED panels.
The push button controls can be configured in any arrangement. Typically, there are groups
of buttons:
• Source selection - for example, a row of 12 buttons.
• Destination selection - for example, a row of 12 buttons.
• Fixed functions - including ‘Take’, ‘Panel lock’, and ‘Destination protect’.
And typically on LCD panels:
• Source page selection - where page size is determined by the number of source
selection buttons.
• Destination page selection - where page size is determined by the number of
destination selection buttons.
Only on LCD panels:
• Rotary control .
Figure 7-1 shows an example button arrangement for an LCD panel and Figure 7-2 shows
an example for an LED panel.
