HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE FOR YOUR APPLIANCE

Please keep your purchase receipt or other proof of purchase details in a safe 

place; you will need to have this documentation available should the product 

require attention under guarantee.

Please take a few moments to complete the details below, as you will need 

this information when you call us, or to use our online services. When you call 

us you may be required to input your serial number into your telephone keypad.

Before  requesting  service  please  check  the  troubleshooting  guide  in  the 

Operating  Instructions  booklet,  as  a  charge  may  be  levied  where  no  fault  is 

found, and even though your product may still be under guarantee.

After arranging service the area around the product must be easily accessible 

to the Engineer, without the need for cabinets or furniture to be removed or 

moved.
