Maintenance and Cleaning
Aluminum filters:
To avoid the risk of fire,
perform a full cleaning every month or whenever
indicated by the indicator light (if available). To
do this, remove the filters and keep them in hot
water and mild detergent mixture for an hour.
Place the filters vertically for better cleaning if a
dishwasher is used.
Indoor usage (Usage with Carbon
filter)
Carbon filters shall never be washed. It should be
replaced every 3 months under normal usage. You
may obtain carbon filters from Beko Authorized
Services.
Important:
If the hood is used for more than
2 hours a day, perform filter cleaning/replacement
operations more frequently. Always use the
recommended filters.
Warning:
Always turn off the power supply
before any maintenance operation on your hood.
