Important safety and environmental instructions
•
Do not immerse the appliance,
power cord, or power plug in
water or any other liquids. Do not
hold it under running water and
do not clean parts in dishwasher.
1.1.2 Product safety
•
Never operate or place any part
of this appliance on or near to
hot surfaces such as gas burner,
electric hotplate or heated oven.
•
Never use the appliance in or
near to combustible or inflam-
mable places and materials.
•
Never wash the water boiler in
dishwasher; water should not
contact the electric components
in its base unit during rinsing.
•
Never fill in the water boiler more
than the maximum level indica-
tor. If it is filled in excessively, hot
water may splash when it boils. In
order to increase your product's
service life, do not fill water in it
below the minimum level when
you operate it.
•
Never operate the appliance
when there is no water in it.
1.2 Intended use
•
The appliance is designed to be
used in homes, the kitchens of
the employees at offices, stores
and other working environments,
and in the guest rooms at the ho-
tels, motels and other accommo-
dation places. This appliance is
not fit for professional use.
•
Do not use the appliance for any-
thing other than its intended use.
•
Tea Machine can be used to pre-
pare tea or to heat water (as a
water boiler).
•
Do not use the appliance to heat
other liquids or food sold in con-
tainers, cans, jars or bottles.
1.3 Children’s safety
•
Extreme caution is advised when
being used near children and
persons who are restricted in
their physical, sensory or mental
abilities.
•
This appliance can be used by
the children who are at the age
of 8 or over and by the people
who have limited physical, sen-
sory or mental capacity or who
do not have knowledge and ex-
perience, as long as they are su-
pervised with regard to safe use
of the product or they are instruc-
ted accordingly or understand
the risks of using the product.
