Safety instructions
Persons who due to their physical,

unable to operate the appliance may
only use the appliance under supervi-
sion or instruction by a responsible
person.
Children have to be supervised to

ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
Check the appliance for visible outside

damage. Do not use a damaged ap-
pliance.
Do not leave the appliance unattended

during operation.
Repairs to the appliance shall be car-
■
ried out only by an authorised special-
ist or by the works customer service;
this particularly applies for replacing a
damaged connecting cable. Unquali-
fied repairs may cause considerable
danger for the user. In addition, the
warranty will be void.
Repairs to the appliance during the

warranty period may only be carried
out by service centres authorised by
the manufacturer as the warranty will
otherwise be voided in the event of
damage or subsequent damage.
Faulty parts have to be replaced by
■
original spare parts only. Only such
parts can ensure that safety require-
ments will be honoured.

Do not use the appliance, if the

ing of the unit be opened. Electric
shock hazard if live connections are
touched and/or the electrical and
mechanical configuration is changed.
Never immerse the appliance or the

Do not use the appliance to draw in

any liquids or wet dirt.
In wet areas, do not use any exten-

sion cables or multiple outlet boxes.

or gases, and do not vacuum clean
locations, at which such matter is
stored.
Do not draw in any burning or smol-

out.
When using the vacuum nozzle or

the vacuum tube, do not get near the
head.
Keep hair, jewellery, loose clothing,

fingers and other parts of the body
away from the suction opening and
moving parts.
