5. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Precautions

Only authorised technicians can carry out repairs.

Before you call customer service, please ensure you have tried to correctly identify 

the problem following the appropriate instructions.

A technician will charge you for advice, even during the warranty period.

• Clean the cooling grill.

• Ensure that the air condenser has been inserted.

• Dry Level was not reached or the drying 

time is too long

• Clean the lint filter and wash the condenser.

• Empty the condensed water container.

• Check water outlet.

• Dryer installation too restricted.

• Clean the moisture sensors.

• Try the next Dry Level up or a Timer programme.

If you cannot deal with the faulty by yourself and need help:

1. Press the [On/Off] button.

2. Pull out the mains plug and call the service centre.
