3. If your MV200Z console has been preprogrammed, the devices may now be installed

according to the programming spreadsheet included with the shipment.  Refer to page
15 and following for device installation instructions.

4. If your MV200Z console has not been preprogrammed, refer to the following sections

for software installation and programming instructions.  Refer to page 15 and following
for device installation instructions.

NOTE:  It is extremely important for the proper function of the MV200Z that the console is set 
up at least 4 feet away from other electronic devices and metal areas.  Optimum location for 
installation is on top of a clean, clear desk. 

Installing Software to Program MV200Z Console_______________________________________ 

Follow these steps in order for proper installation. 

1. Install the USB-to-Serial driver by inserting the disc into a laptop or computer.  Double-

click on the 

Setup

 file.  Follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

2. Connect the USB-to-Serial cable between the serial port on the back of the MV200Z

console and a USB port on the computer.

3. Install the MV200Z Programming Unit 1.6 by inserting the disc into a laptop or

computer.  Double-click on the 

Setup 

file.  Follow the on-screen instructions to install

the programming unit.

You are now ready to operate the software.
