View the report preview, using the following controls. Figure 8

3 illustrates each of the controls
referred to below:
•
To scan through the range of pages in the report, use the page control buttons.
• To change the magnification of the report preview, use the zoom size controls.
• To export the report to another location, use the Export Report control (the small envelope
shown in Figure 8
-
3).
• To configure the printer, or choose the printer to which the report should be sent, click Printer
Setup .
The standard Windows Printer Setup dialog box is displayed.
• To generate a different report, click Return to Report Type Selection .
• To print the report, click Print Report .
The report is sent to the selected printer.
8.2 Overview of BD FocalPoint™ GS Review Station Reports
There are three types of reports that can be generated: summary, custom, and QC.
8.2.1 Summary Reports
Summary reports can either display a summary of BD FocalPoint™ GS Review Station
processing activity for the selected time period (month, week, or day), or all of the slides currently
stored in the database.
