Diamond Blades improperly used are dangerous. Comply
with American National Standards Institute Safety Code,
B7.1 and, Occupational Safety and Health Act covering
Speed, Safety Guards, Flanges, Mounting Procedures,
General Operating Rules, Handling, Storage and General
Machine Conditions.
BLADE INSTALLATION
(B)
Loosen the blade guard
front bolt.
(E)
Remove the outer flange.
(H)
Install outer flange. Ensure
the diamond blade rotational
arrow matches the direction of
the blade guard arrow.
(C)
Remove blade guard.
(F)
Locate the inner flange
wrench retaining holes.
(I)
Tighten retaining nut.
(A)
Loosen the blade
guard rear bolt.
(D)
Remove the retaining nut.
(G)
Install diamond blade. Verify
the blade is seated on the
blade shaft.

Replace blade guard and
tighten front and rear
