Step 3 (Bracket assembly)
a) Insert one end of the
bracket (P) into the hole
on the cart bottom.
b) Align the hole on the
other end of the bracket
with the hole on the back
panel.
c) Insert one bolt (AA) into
the pre-drilled hole.
Tighten bolt by hand until
secure.
d) Repeat the procedure for
the other bracket
assembly.
e) Go back and tighten all
bolts using the
screwdriver provided.
Step 4 (Assemble the front
beam to the cart)
a) Place the front beam (N)
on the two cart side
panels.
b) Align the two holes on the
right end of front beam
with the top & side two
holes on the frame of
right side cart panel.
c) Insert one bolt (AA) with
one spring washer (BB)
and one flat washer (CC)
into each pre-drilled hole.
Tighten bolts by hand
until secure.
d) Repeat the procedure for
the left end of front beam.
e) Go back and tighten all
bolts using the
screwdriver provided.
