Step 6 (Doors and store basket
assembly)
a) Insert the bottom pin of right
door (S) into the pre-drilled hole
on the cart bottom.
b) Push down the top pin of right
door
and insert it into the
pre-drilled hole on the right
end of front beam.
c) Repeat the procedure for the
left door (M).
d) Close the two doors.
e) Loosen the two per-installed
bolts on the bottom of the left
door and allow 1/4 bolt’s length
to extend from body assembly.
f) Align the holes on the store
basket (U) with the bolts
extended from the bottom of the
left door.
g) Push down the store basket
until it locks into place.
h) Go back and tighten all bolts
using the screwdriver provided.
Step 5 (Maget panel and bracket
assembly)
a) Align the holes on the maget
panel (V) with the holes on the
front of cart bottom.
b) Insert one bolt (AA) into each
pre-drilled hole.
c) Align the holes on the bracket
(W) with the holes on the right
side panel.
d) Insert one bolt (AA) with one
spring washer (BB) and one flat
washer (CC) into each
pre-drilled hole. Tighten bolts by
hand until secure.
e) Go back and tighten all bolts
using the screwdriver provided.
