The Virtual Machine (VM) does not start.
Ensure the VM was installed with no errors.
Ensure you have sufficient privileges to start
the VM.
Telnet connection to the SQL Server fails.
Re-enter the SQL settings and re-verify.
Ensure you have sufficient SQL Server
privileges to update settings.
