Example: if the required application rate
is 10 ounces (296ml) of treatment per
hundredweight (cwt) of seed (60lbs in 1 minute),
the desired amount of treatment that needs to
fill the calibration beaker in 1 minute would be
177.6ml...
296ml ÷ 100cwt = 2.96ml x 60lbs = 177.6
Step 6:
Note the amount of chemical pumped in one minute and compare that number to the desired application rate.
Step 7:
Empty the Graduated Beaker back into the Supply Tank.
• Adjust the LS Pump Control Speed Indicator Dial to increase or decrease Pump dispersion rate / output speed.
• Faster = more chemical pumped, slower = less.
• Repeat Steps 4-6 until the desired amount of chemical pumps in one minute.
• Once the calibration process is complete and the desired application rate is achieved, lock the Pump Speed Dial.

revolution. Capacity of the pump and element
will vary with the viscosity of treatment product
used. The Pump (with #82 element) has a
maximum output of 2-1/2 gallons per minute.
