7. FAULTS
The faults shown on the display are identified with the symbol
"E"
and a number (fault code). For a
complete list of faults, see the following table.
If "R" appears on the display the fault must be RESET by the user.
To reset, press and hold down
for at least 2 seconds. If this fault persists, call the Authorised Service
Centre.

Switching off due to power supply reductions.
Automatic reset at voltages in excess of 170V. If this fault
persists, call the Authorised Service Centre.

No water safety trip (pump probably blocked).
Press and hold down
for at least 2 seconds.

Heating circuit overheated/ no water safety trip
(pump probably blocked).
If this fault persists, call the Authorised Service Centre.

Parasite flame (flame error).
If this fault persists, call the Authorised Service Centre.

Electronic board parameters incorrectly configured.
Call the Authorised Service Centre.
“St”
flashing
Defrosting function enabled.
Wait a few minutes. If the "St" code continues to be displayed, call
the authorised technical assistance centre.
Flow temperature
<2°C flashing
Defrosting function enabled.
Wait for defrosting to occur or call the authorised technical
assistance centre.
In case of a fault, the display backlighting flashes together with the error code.
If a fault code is displayed that is not included in the list or if a certain fault occurs frequently, contact the AUTHORISED
TECHNICAL SERVICE CENTRE.
8. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep the boiler efficient and safe, have it checked by the Authorised Service Centre at the end of every operating period.
Careful servicing ensures economical operation of the system.
