If units are not used immediately, always store them in the carton and in dry rooms!
Complains concerning damage should be made to us by the purchaser without delay after
receipt of the shipment using a standard damage certificate.
Confirmation in writing of externally visible damage should be obtained from the carrier
immediately. The extent and probable cause of the damage should be stated as well.
For damage which is discovered during unpacking the responsible transportation company
should immediately be requested verbally and in writing (registered letter) for loss
assessment and should be made responsible at the same time!
