Maintenance 

 

Removing and cleaning the metal filter 
 

o

 

First remove the metal filter by sliding the securing nibs at the 
sides of the grille on the underside of the cooker hood. 

 

o

 

A paper filter is located above the metal filter. This should be 
discarded and replaced with a new one.  

 
  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

o

 

Soak the metal filter in hot water and washing up liquid for about 
an hour. 

 

o

 

Rinse it off thoroughly with hot water. 

 

o

 

Repeat the process if required. 

 

o

 

Replace the paper filter above the metal filter and refit to the 
cooker hood once the metal filter has dried. 

 

o

 

IMPORTANT: Let the grease filter dry thoroughly before 
refitting it in the cooker hood. 

 

 

o

 

Never attempt to use your cooker hood without the
