Reversing the door of the freezer compartment
WARNING: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR APPLIANCE IS
DISCONNECTED FROM YOUR MAINS SUPPLY BEFORE
ATTEMPTING TO REPLACE THE LIGHT BULB.
If you reverse the door of your fridge, then it would be advisable to
also reverse the door of the freezer compartment.
o
Open the door to the freezer compartment
slightly.
o
Using a small screwdriver to press the spring
in hinge of the freezer compartment door
upwards slightly. Then remove the hinge and
the freezer compartment door from the main
body of the appliance.
o
Position the covering cap (M) onto the
opposite side.
o
Turn the freezer compartment door
through 180°. Fit the hinge to the hole
in the bottom part of the freezer
compartment door (see diagram
opposite).
o
Lift the freezer compartment door towards the appliance, fitting
it into the hole in the top corner of the freezer compartment.
o
At the same time insert the hinge at the bottom of the freezer
compartment door into the square hole in the base of the freezer
compartment.
o
Small upward and downward adjustments of the freezer
compartment door will make the fitting process easier.
o
The freezer compartment door should now fit securely in the
same way that it did in its original position.
