Be extra careful when cook-
ing or reheating food that contains alcohol. If
you are adding alcohol (e.g. rum, cognac, wine
etc.) Remember that alcohol evaporates easi-
ly at high temperatures. You should therefore
bear in mind that the vapors released can ig-
nite when they come in contact with the elec-
trical heating element. If possible you should
refrain from using alcohol in this oven.

The knobs will slide out if
pushed and their various functions
can be accessed. It is not neces-
sary to have them petruding from
the panel during operation.
Simply push them back into the
panel when you are done with the
setting and continue to operate the
oven.
