During cooking, the cooling fan may switch on intermittently in order to reduce energy consumption.

At the end of cooking, after the oven has been switched off, the cooling fan may continue to run for a
while.

RACK (1):
use to cook food or as a support for pots, cake tins and other suitable cooking receptacles.

DRIP-TRAY (1):
use, placed under the rack, to collect fat or as a plate for cooking meat, fish,
vegetables, focaccia, etc.
