No reaction of the
keyboard or mouse
Check if the batteries are inserted correctly and that
the power is switched ON.
Replace the batteries.
Clean the battery compartment.
Try another USB slot.
Mouse’s laser light
off or flashing
Change the mouse pad or contact interface.
Clean the glass around the laser light.
Important Notes For Usage
• It is not recomended to use the Wireless Mouse on an uneven or
reflective surface as it may interfere with the operation of the mouse.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or personally carry out maintenance on
the keyboard or the mouse.
• Remove the batteries from the keyboard and the mouse if they are not
going to be used for an extended period of time.
• If the external surfaces of the mouse or the keyboard are dirty, clean with
a dry, clean cloth.
• At the end of this products life, dispose of it separately from your general
waste in accordance with your local recycling laws and regulations.
