Problem
Solution
No sound in AUX IN mode
• Make sure the LED screen is displaying 'AUX'. Turn up the volume on the soundbar.
• Turn up the volume on the external device and make sure it’s not paused or muted.
• Make sure the 3.5mm audio cable is properly plugged in at both ends.
No sound output at the
rear speakers
• Press the 5.1/2.1 button on the remote control to switch the speakers to select 5.1 channel output.
• Make sure the signal source supports 5.1 channel output and is on 5.1 channel output mode.
No connection between
the soundbar and the
subwoofer
• If the connection indicator LED lights up red, it indicates that the connection has failed. Turn the
soundbar to standby mode and turn off the subwoofer. Wait 1 minute and power on both the
soundbar and subwoofer.
• If the wireless connection fails again, check if there is conflict or strong interference (for example,
interference from an electronic device) around your location. Remove these conflicts or strong
interferences and repeat the above procedures.
• Please pair the subwoofer manually.
Soundbar and TV does
not display which HDMI
IN when both inputs are
connected
• The soundbar will automatically detect the first connected HDMI IN input. Switch off the unwanted
device and it will automatically switch to the other HDMI IN device.
