a) Mounting height
Recommended mounting heights are shown below:
≥ 40 cm
≥ 127 cm
b) Wall mounting
Screws and dowels are included for wall mounting. Suitable surfaces include tile or dry wall.
c) Adhesive mounting
The product can be attached to a vertical surface using double-sided adhesive tape (not included).
Note
• Suitable surfaces include glass or tile.
•
Make sure the surface is clean, flat, dry, and non-porous.
• Do not load the soap container until the adhesive has been left to cure for approximately 8 hrs.
• A silicone sealant is recommended for use after adhering the product to the surface.
Attach the product to the mounting surface and apply pressure for approximately 1 minute.
d) Stand mounting
• The product can be mounted to a stand (sold separately).
• Use the included 4x nuts and 4xbolts to mount the product to the stand.
Refer to the operating instructions for the stand for further information.
Liquid soap refill
Dispensing soap
If no soap dispenses after refilling the container, you may need to prime
the pump by activating the sensor a few times.
1. Slide the power switch to
ON
.
2. Place your hands under the sensor.
3. Wait a few moments for the soap to dispense.
A UV light will activate while the soap is being dispensed.
Care, cleaning, and storage
a) Care and cleaning
Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other
chemical solutions as they can cause damage to the housing and mal-
functioning.
• Switch the product
OFF
and disconnect from the mains (if applicable).
•
Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
• Liquid soap can solidify and cause blockages. If this occurs:
- Remove the container from the dispenser.
-
Pour out any remaining soap then fill with warm water.
- Manually pump the nozzle a few times until water dispenses from the spout. Rinse the container a few
times until the soap has gone.

Pour out any remaining water then refill the container with fresh liquid soap.
b) Storage
Prevent the soap from congealing and causing blockages. Before storing away for extended periods of time,
it is recommended to:
1. Switch the product
OFF
and disconnect from the mains (if applicable).
2. Remove any inserted batteries.
3. Empty the soap from the container and rinse clean.
4. Allow to completely air dry before storing.
