Disposal
a) General
The product must not be disposed of in the household waste!
Please dispose of the product, when it is no longer of use, according to the current
statutory requirements.
Remove any battery and dispose of them separately from the product.
b) Disposal of used batteries
As a consumer you are legally bound (battery ordinance) to return all used batteries; disposal
in the household waste is prohibited!
Batteries containing hazardous substances are labelled with the symbol opposite
indicating that disposal in the domestic waste is forbidden. The symbols of the criti-
cal heavy metals are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead.
You can return your used batteries at collection points of your community at no cost or wherever
batteries are sold!
You thereby fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment!
