6. Cleaning
WARNING!
Before cleaning, switch the device off by pressing
ON/OFF switch, disconnect it from the power supply
(unplug!) and leave to cool off.
The device is not suited for direct washing via water jets.
Protect the device from water penetration.
CAUTION!
Never use aggressive cleaning agents, such as scouring powders, alcohol-based
substances, or solvents which may damage the surfaces of the device.

Clean the device regularly at the end of the working day, also in the meantime if
necessary, or when the device is not to be used for longer time.
o
Open the sliding glass door and remove the GN containers with food from the hot
display, store the food in a refridgerator so that it will not go bad.
o
To make cleaning the device easier, remove the sliding glass dooor by slightly lifting
it up and removing. Clean the sliding glass door with a soft, damp cloth and finish
with drying.
o
Wipe the side glass and front glass from the inside and outside with a soft cloth
soaked in warm water and mild cleaning agent.
o
Thoroughly clean the sufrace designed for the GN containers with desinfectant
intended to be brought in contact with food and a soft cloth. Wipe the cleaned
surfaces with clean water and dry thoroughly.

Replace the slidning glass door.
o
Thoroughly clean the GN containers with a soft cloth and mild cleaning agent.
