  Glass panels are pre-heated, which should prevent accumulation of condensed water 

when placing food in the hot display.   

  In the meantime, prepare required 

warm food

 and fill the supplied GN 1/3 containers 

with the food.  

  Open the sliding glass door from 

the hot display operator side and 
place the GN containers with food 
onto the surface designed for 
placing the GN containers.   

  Close the sliding glass door of the 

hot display to limit temperature loss. 
The food will be kept warm in 
selected temperature.  

 

 

  Remove the required food from the operator side and serve.  

  When the temperature in the hot display falls down, the heating-up is on again and 

the heating-up orange indicator is on again.   

  When the device is no longer in use, turn it off using 

ON/OFF

 switch and disconnect 

from the power supply (pull the plug!). 

 
 
The device is provided with 2 safety thermostats: 

 

1. 

Automatic reset thermostat

 turns the device off in case of overheating (above 

125 °C). In such a case, disconnect the device from the electric power supplly 
and leave it to cool down. When it has cooled down, you can start using the 
device as usual. 

2.  When the automatic reset thermostat is damaged and the device overheats, 

the 

2nd safety thermostat

 turns on at 150 °C and it switches off the device. 

In such a case, contact the customer service or vendor.
