Switching on
1. Connect the appliance to a single grounded socket.
The green power indicator light in the ON/OFF switch lights up.
The digital display in the push rotary control knob shows 'OIL', to check the
condition of oil in the basin.
2. Operate the push rotary control knob by briefly pressing it.
3. Then rotate the controller to set the temperature.
The temperature may be set within the range of 50°C
– 190°C.
The temperature is controlled with
1°C increments.
A red indicator light is lit in the push rotary control knob during the heating phase.
To check the current temperature, press the push rotary control knob. The digital
display will display the current temperature. The red indicator light blinks.
NOTE!
When you check the current temperature, you may change temperature
setting.
4. Press the push rotary control knob again to return to the previous message.
When the set temperature is reached, the ready/set temperature reached green
indicator light will light up.
When the temperature in the basin drops, the appliance heats up again, and the red
information indicator light lights up again.
5. For best results, wait until the appliance reaches the desired temperature and
the suitable indicator light lights up, and then place suitable food products in the
fryer.
NOTE!
Do not use frying oil nor fat in cube (block) for an extended period of time
in too low a temperature, as they cease to be suitable for use.
Frying of Food
1. Place products for frying in the basket.
2. Using the handle slowly lower the basket into the basin with frying oil or fat in
cube (block).
3. Place the basket on the cover of the heating element.
