Convection cooking

When the convection cooking function is activated, hot air is circulated inside the
device, which quickly and evenly browns food products and makes them crispy. The
device can be set to ten different cooking temperatures and cooking time up to 9 hours
and 30 minutes.

Convection cooking is ideal for baking pound cakes, cookies, sponge cakes, crusty
cakes, soufflés, and pastas.

A list of temperature level settings is presented in the table below. The left column
shows the number of times to press the button market
to set the desired power.
The right column displays the temperature.
