6. Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING!
Close the gas cylinder valve before cleaning.
Wait for the device to cool down.
Never use water jet to wash the device.
Make sure that no water gets into the device.
CAUTION!
Never clean the device with flammable liquids or liquids of explosive
properties. Vapours may cause fire or explosion.
Never use cleaning agents containing chlorine (bleach, hydrochloric acid, etc.).
Do not use sponges or scouring agents, steel brushes or spatulas that may
leave iron particles attached, which may result in rust formation on the device
due to oxidation.
Cleaning

Clean the device regularly to maintain it ready for use and extend its life time.

Observe the following instructions:

Make sure that the gas tap is in the OFF position.

Make sure that the gas cylinder valve is closed.

Remove the cookware from the gas stool cooker.

Wait for the device to cool down.

Clean the frame of the device daily with a soft cloth or sponge and warm soapy
water, then wipe it with a cloth immersed in clear water.

Clean the gas burner with a lint-free cloth or sponge moistened with warm water
and a mild cleaning agent.

Check the gas burner openings and clean them if dirty or clogged.

Thoroughly dry the cleaned surfaces and elements with a soft cloth.
