Preparation of typical (not pre-cooked) rice

1.  Measure the amount of rice you need with the supplied measuring cup, and

rinse it in a separate container.

2.  Pour the rinsed rice into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

3.  Add suitable amount of water (according to markings on the inner pot).

For example: pour 8 measures (cups) of rice into the inner pot and then fill it
with water up to the marking: 8 cup.

ATTENTION!

Do not exceed the maximum water level indicator!

Before starting to use the appliance, make sure that the external part of
the inner pot is dry and clean.

4.  Insert the inner pot in the external container and rotate it slightly to the left and

right, to make sure that its positioning on a heating plate provides for good heat
transfer.

5.  Close the lid so that you can hear the lid lock click.

6.  Plug the device into a suitable single socket.

7.  Press the function switch (press it down).

The orange indicator light

Cooking / COOK

 will light up.

When the rice is ready, the orange indicator light

Cooking / COOK

 goes off and the

orange indicator light

Keep warm / WARM

 lights up.

The appliance switches automatically to the warm-keeping mode.

8.  Leave the lid closed for further 10 to 15 minutes, so the rice becomes more

fluffy.

9.  By pressing the lock button and lifting the lid, carefully open the rice cooker.

10. Serve the ready rice.

ATTENTION!

To avoid damages of the non-stick coating of the inner pot never use a
metal spoon or ladle to serve the rice. Use the supplied rice spoon and
rice fork only.

11. After taking out the required amount of rice, close the lid to keep the remaining

rice warm.

The device automatically maintains the heat. When the temperature in the inner
pot decreases, the orange indicator light

Cooking / COOK

 lights up again, which

indicates the process of warm-keeping is continued.
