  For best results, use  the coldest ingredients possible. Milk-based cocktails taste 

best when prepared with very cold milk. The colder the milk, the thicker and foamier 
the cocktail. 

  Add syrups and powders immediately before mixing so they do not settle at the 

bottom of the shaker. 

  First fill the shaker with liquids, then solids. 

  Begin mixing at level "I" (slow), then increase to "II" (fast).  

  The bar mixer is not designed for crushing ice. Use pre-crushed ice for drinks 

requiring ice.  

 
 

 

6. Cleaning and maintenance 

6.1 Safety advice

  Before beginning with repair or cleaning works make sure the device has been 

disconnected from power socket (pull the power plug!!!) and has cooled down. 

o

  Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the device. 

o

  To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables 

and the plug in water or other liquids.  

 

  CAUTION! 

The device is not suited for direct washing via water jets. Therefore, you must 
not use any kind of pressure water jet for cleaning the device!
 

 
 
 

6.2 Cleaning  

 

o

  Regularly clean the device. 

o

  To clean the mixing rods, insert them into the device in shakers filled with a warm 

water/washing-up liquid solution and turn the switch to the "I" (slow) position. 
Leave the device on for approx. 30 seconds. Then, set the switch to "O" (OFF) and 
pour out the solution. Repeat the process 1-2 times with only warm water to rinse 
the rods. Dry the mixing rods.

  Rinse the shakers in warm water and dry. 

o

  For thorough washing, the shakers can be placed in a dishwasher. The shakers 

are dishwasher-safe!  

o

  Wipe the device’s housing with a soft, moist cloth and dry thoroughly. 

o

  Use only soft cloths, never use abrasive cleaning substances that may damage the 

device’s surface. 

o

  After cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to dry and polish the surface.
