Troubleshooting
No image
Check voltage connection.
No network recognised
Check Ethernet connection to the POLARIS.
Check connection cable to the network; it might not
be connected.
No remote access
Check the host computer’s IP address.
The host computer must be set up to allow remote
access.
The host computer and the POLARIS must both be
in the same subnet mask - particularly in a point-to-
point connection.
Even without a network connection a log-in name and
a password must be set up on the host computer.
