4. Remove cover and connect lanyards to lanyard hooks found
inside enclosure. (Fig. 4a, 4b)
5. Connect flexible conduit to one of the three available conduit
knockouts. (Fig. 5)
6. Remove transformer compartment cover. Electrical
Connections should be made in transformer
compartment. Cap unused primary wire to prevent
shorting. (Fig. 6)
120V AC
White - Common
Black - 120V
Green - Ground
277V AC
White - Common
Orange - 277V
Green - Ground
7. Replace compartment cover and secure in place with (1) #6-32 x 1/4” pan head screw.
8. Verify connections are in place such as lamps, led, and test button.
9. Replace enclosure cover and secure in place with cover screws.
10. Open battery door by unscrewing captive thumb screw.
11. Connect battery and close battery door.
12. Secure in place by retightening thumb screw. (Fig. 7)
13. Cut ceiling tile to correct size as needed. (Fig. 8)
