BARRETT 4050 HF SDR TRANSCEIVER - OPERATING AND INSTALLATION MANUAL

Tune

When tuning, the Transceiver will transmit, at the power level selected, a carrier

on the channel selected, at 1.6 kHz above the Suppressed Carrier Frequency

(SCF) (displayed frequency) of that channel.

Tap and hold

Tune

from the Home

screen for three seconds to begin

the automated tuning sequence.
The keypad will illuminate red whilst

the Transceiver is tuning.
When the tune process is completed

the display will show “Tune Ok“, or

“Tune Failed” in the top left-hand

corner.
The
