7. SLite servicing procedures

7.12 Install the power distribution unit of an SLite tile

Necessary tools

•

Nut driver 7 mm

•

Torx driver T20

How to install the power distribution unit of an SLite tile ?

1. Plug the board to board connector of the power distribution unit in the board to board connector of the SMPS unit

2. Pull the board to board connectors completely together by fasten the screw nearby the board to board connectors at the right

side of the power distribution unit, using a T20 torx driver.

3. Fasten the left side of the power distribution unit with two M4 nuts, using a 7 mm nut driver.

4. Install the SMPS cover with four M4 nuts using a 7 mm nut driver.

5. Connect the six black wire units with the power distribution unit. See "Internal wiring diagram", page 7.

6. Connect the four internal fans with the power distribution unit.

7. Connect the yellow wire unit from the controller with the power distribution unit.

7.13 Remove the SMPS unit of an SLite tile

Necessary tools

Nut driver 7 mm

•

Torx driver T20

How to remove the SMPS unit of an SLite tile ?

1. Remove the SMPS cover by releasing four M4 nuts using a 7 mm nut driver.

2. Unplug the mains power cord from the SMPS unit.
